Never use shower gel to wash your intimate area. Shower soaps contain irritants that promote skin conditions in this area.
How to use it
Pour a small amount of the Regulating Intimate Cleanser into your hand.
Apply the fluid to the intimate area: external part of the mucous membranes ONLY. Never insert any product inside your vagina.
Similarly, douching is not recommended, as it destroys your flora and encourages the development of fungal infections.
Massage the area around the perineum, the labia minora and majora, and up to the anal area. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
This intimate care product is used once a day under normal circumstances and up to twice a day during menstruation.
TIPS: always rub from front to back. This prevents bacteria from being carried into your vagina. Avoid using a flannel to avoid irritating the mucous membranes. ALWAYS remember to wash your hands before cleaning your privates.
